Over the past couple of terms our Year 10 and 11 pupils have attended workshops hosted by Joel from Spiral. The pupils took part in a series of activities, games and role plays designed to reduce any potential anxieties, gain more experience in their upcoming roles and discover their strengths and skills before starting their work experience placements. The pupils really enjoyed the workshops and engaged in all tasks – even it it took them out of their comfort zones! The pupils feel really confident about where they will be going, what they will be doing and who to go to if they have any difficulties.
Overall the workshops were a great success and our pupils are looking forward to their work placements. Thank you to Spiral and their team.
