On Wednesday 21st November 2018 we held a Careers Afternoon for pupils, parent & carers in YR9 to YR14, this was to ensure that pupils have access to provisions available to them for future career plans post 16. Present were representatives from our partners who support our Careers programme, which included New Start Training, LSBU, The Princes’ Trust, Sprial, MENCAP, Roots and Shoots and Lambeth College.
Our Elm Court School 6th Form pupils were also available to talk to pupils and their parents and carers about their experiences so far. The event gave a better insight into what is available for pupils in relation to career choices.
There was also specialist input from Speech & Language Therapy service who will be on hand to answer any queries.
